- You must have a clear goal
- In achieving that goal, you will become an example to:
- Yourself
- Your family and friends
- Your community
- You have a plan as to how you are going to achieve the goal.
- You will have already begun implementing your plan.
A Starfish Foundation Trustee will meet with you to discuss your goal and your plan. One of the areas that will be covered is what you have already done towards achieving your goal. You must have already taken steps in implementing your plan.
The Starfish Foundation does not provide funds directly to you. Rather, it will pay for things that you need to help you reach your goal. This might be training, equipment, travel or other requirements.
Once the Starfish Foundation understands your goal, your plan and what assistance you need to achieve it, they can consider offering you assistance.
Once the grant has been approved, all that the Starfish Foundation requires are regular reports on your progress towards you achieving your goal.
